Hi, I'm Brittany, the founder and creative behind Blush Fiber Co. As a lifelong maker and passionate knitter, I've always been drawn to the beauty of natural fibers and the artistry that goes into creating something by hand.

Blush Fiber Co. emerged from my love of knitting and hand-dyed fibers. What began as a personal journey into the world of high-quality yarns gradually transformed into a brand known for luxurious, hand dyed merino and alpaca yarns.

As an avid knitter, I spent countless hours creating garments and accessories, but I often found that commercially available yarns lacked the unique colors and textures I was searching for. This inspired me to begin dyeing my own yarn, and what started as a creative experiment quickly became a true passion. Soon, friends and fellow knitters began requesting my hand dyed creations, and what began in my kitchen slowly grew into something much more.

As my passion deepened, I began researching different fibers and sourcing the finest merino wool and alpaca. I was drawn to the incredible softness and warmth of these natural fibers, as well as their ability to absorb rich, nuanced colors during the dyeing process. The name "Blush" was inspired by the soft, delicate shades that were among my very first dye experiments and continues to reflect the gentle, wearable beauty that inspires my work today.

Today, Blush Fiber Co. is dedicated to creating thoughtfully hand dyed yarns that inspire makers to create beautiful, heirloom quality pieces filled with meaning and creativity.
